Trust Administration

Each Hilliard Lyons Trust Company, LLC client is assigned a Portfolio Manager and a Trust Officer. The Trust Officer adds value to every client relationship by providing a high level of personal service which includes:

  • Administer trust documents
  • Suggest and implement gift strategies
  • Collaborate with your income tax and estate planning advisors
  • Manage IRA distribution requirements
  • Disburse cash and securities
  • Coordinate bill payments
  • Provide a referral network for services that may be required to support family members or special assets 
Our Trust Officers come from a variety of backgrounds. They bring expertise in areas such as fiduciary responsibilities, employee benefit plans, IRAs and charitable foundations. These professionals average 25 years of experience in the industry and an have been with Hilliard Lyons for an average of 15 years. Though our Trust Officers have many roles and responsibilities, their common focus is to make sure that the unique needs of each individual client is fulfilled.
